Call to book
One call does it: 250-546-9811. The front desk finds a time that works, including Fridays and evenings by appointment.
Arrive 15 minutes early
That's all the paperwork needs. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any medical records.
Meet the team
Expect a warm welcome. The team is always laughing and smiling to help you feel at ease from the first hello.
Leave with a plan
Honest recommendations, fee-guide pricing, and claims filed for you. You'll know what's next before you leave.
Insurance & payment
Your plan is welcome here.
The office accepts all dental insurance plans, including MSP, Healthy Kids, and NIHB.
Staff file claims on your behalf and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan. Services are charged to the BC dental fee guide, updated yearly, so you know you're getting fair prices.
Good to know
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Missed appointments are charged $50 per half hour of booked time, so call ahead if plans change.
- Flat-fee implant pricing: the cost is known from the beginning.
Bringing a little one?
Happy visits start at age one.
First visits are relaxed, no-pressure introductions to the dental chair. The practice sees children as young as one, and recommends a first visit around that age.
When kids (or adults) feel anxious, sedation options, including IV sedation, make sure care still happens comfortably.
